"We have collaborated on many occasions with Cécile Boury Conseil International through various projects to support companies in their export development. In my capacity as regional manager for the development of public guarantees, I have always enjoyed working with Cécile Boury and her team because we share the same idea of export support, namely that it must be structured, ambitious and based on a long-term approach in which the human factor remains the key to success.

I'm used to telling companies to "go and be seen elsewhere", a good number of companies have great know-how and innovative solutions but foreign buyers are not aware of them. Bpifrance provides financial support to exporters by covering up to two-thirds of their prospecting expenses in the form of repayable advances and/or subsidies that constitute a real cash injection. However, these measures are conditioned by the quality of the project, by a coherent action plan and by strategic choices to maximise commercial success. It must be noted that the files supported by Cécile Boury correspond to these criteria.
